Surety Defense

Blewett Mushlitz Hally regularly defends surety clients in the customary evaluation and defense of payment and performance bond claims. Our attorneys are more frequently relied on to handle the “high-stakes” matter and the difficult question, and to serve effectively in complex construction disputes.

Examples of our work follow:

  • In a case involving the catastrophic collapse of a principal, we personally administering the fallout from the business collapse of a bonded Idaho prime contractor.
